A: Varies on controller, but minimum of 1-2 weeks

A: As of right now it's local drop off (PO box coming soon)

A: Yes, all information is included in your quote before we start the process!
Q: Will modding my controller/console affect it's performance?
A: it depends on the mod (ex. clicky trigger decrease input time), but most are visual (performance not affected)
Q: Do you test controllers after working on them?
A: Yes, always!
Q: What happens if something goes wrong?
A: Mistakes do happen, if we make a mistake, we will email you asking if you would like us to replace your controller and send the one you sent in back or if we can scrap it for parts. A refund may also be applicable
